EuroDev is a Business Development Group, located in Almelo. The core of their business is helping North American companies to expand their European business. As Commercial Business Unit Manager HR Services within EuroDev you are responsible for strategy development, sales and management of the HR Services team. With your excellent communication skills, you build strong relationships to ensure the further expansion of the HR Outsourcing activities in Europe for North America customers.

With your commercial drive, organizational and managerial capacities you signal opportunities to expand the business. You can empathize with the wishes and needs of (potential) customers and you are then able to design your team accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Generating growth of the HR Outsourcing unit by finding new principals in North America
  • Developing strategy in the unit and for the various channels of sales and marketing activities, in Europe and the U.S.
  • Managing and overseeing HR activities including staffing, workload, escalated problem solving and service assistance
  • Coaching, inspiring, guiding and direct management of the HR Outsourcing department
  • Strategy and Business Development
  • Identifying areas for improvement in production planning, work processes and procedures
  • Managing costs and budgets and ensure that the necessary resources are available
  • Provide periodical and ad hoc reports of both result and process indicators
  • You will report directly to the board

What we ask

  • Bachelor or university degree; Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or similar
  • Several years of experience in an international and commercial management position
  • Experience with international strategy and business development
  • Willing to travel, around 20%
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills of the English language
